The ratio for natural limestone to PVC resin is usually 3:1 in spc flooring.thus it is more rigid,economical,stable.However more and more customers in the market complain about the fragility ,easily scratches and discoloring etc.We provide warranty that  any products from Green living do not have such problems.

Extrusion → Cooling down AT LEAST 48HOURS → UV coating (water bath) → stablizing AT LEAST 72 HOURS → profiling → v-groove painting(option) → underlayment Attach → Packing.

NO.1  quality control point is that ratio of natural limestone to pvc resin.more stone powder will cause the easily break of click system.

NO.2  quality control point is the UV coating.good coating paint makes the flooring more anti scratches . All of our floors use Ceramic bead coating.
